If your ordered a handcrafted item: Your piece is being made by hand in Slovenia. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before dispatch. We'll email you as soon as it ships — the wait is what makes it one of a kind. Contact us anytime to check in, or as you order to see how busy we are atm - maybe we can start on your pcs right away and it will be with you within a week.
