Sample sale items are sold at a reduced price to reflect their status as samples, test pieces, or slightly imperfect items. The discount is real — so are the conditions. Please read before you buy.
No returns
Sample items are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. The reduced price reflects this.
No exchanges
We cannot exchange sample pieces. What you see in the listing is what ships.
Sold as seen
Every listing shows the actual item — condition, any imperfections, measurements. Review carefully before ordering.
Defects covered
If the piece arrives damaged beyond what was disclosed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
48-hour defect window
If your item arrives with a defect that was not disclosed in the listing, you must notify us at info@zenei.eu within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess and offer a remedy. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
